Team Introduction and Overview

As a SOLIDWORKS Business Development Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in business development while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

This will be a great opportunity for you if you enjoy a fast-paced, dynamic environment.  You will learn new things and will work with a team of highly skilled, friendly people.

Role Description and Responsibilities

During this internship, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects.

You may be dedicated to some of the following initiatives:

Connecting to the existing customer base, as well as new prospects, to generate new opportunities

Working cross-functionally with the Transformation team, Operations, Startup team, and Client Executives.

Assisting in the development and maintenance of prospective client & partner databases; tracking and reporting key business development metrics and performance indicators

Supporting the sales team and generating opportunities of your own through different sales campaigns via cold-calling, email, and social outreach.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Possesses experience and/or strong interest in business development, sales, and/or entrepreneurship.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite–Word, Excel, PowerPoint
