Job Description
Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Operations Automation is seeking a Software Application / Data Science Intern. Preferably the candidate will be available for at least 6 months, though a shorter internship may be possible depending on the candidate’s ability to ramp up quickly. Some responsibilities may include but are not limited to, defining analytical or machine learning solutions to designated problems and developing, testing, and debugging software applications that may be used by end-users or integrated with other MSOA applications.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: The candidate must be actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field of study. 6+ months of experience in the following fields: Working knowledge of basic computer science data structures and algorithms. Data munging and reporting/visualization skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in troubleshooting and root cause analysis for performance issues. Experience with source control tools GIT and ability to review code. Developing rich applications with Angular JS, HTML, CSS, and Typescript experience.Inside this Business Group
