What You‡ll Do
Tesla is seeking a highly motivated and organized Program Manager Intern to scale and optimize Service activities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record implementing cross-functional initiatives and scaling businesses, be highly customer-centric, and display an analytical approach to creative problem-solving.
What You‡ll Bring
Continuously drive program improvement
Evaluate customer feedback and drive upstream for improvement
Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and maintain roadmap for the Semi service operations based on business need and forecasted impact, with respective sub-projects and target timelines
Understand and articulate project plans through all stages of lifecycle, maintaining documentation and reports through all milestones
Coordinate scaling operations as we expand deliveries (fixed, mobile, third party, collision, training, etc.)
Identify KPIs to track progress, partner with Business Analytics to develop reporting suite
Partner with IT team to deliver system solutions, to be used by field service or customer
Provide clear updates on program status and recovery plans at both working and executive level
Act as liaison between internal teams to ensure success of initiatives and cross functional programs

Expected Compensation
$20.43 – $28.61 + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
