Primary Responsibilities

Participate in the development of standardized processes within the Customer Operations team in order to optimize the utilization of business resources and meet customer expectations for delivery
Supports one or more Supply Chain disciplines in executing routine processes.
Assist with hold resolution and shipment.
Learns how to handle operational queries from internal and external stakeholders.
Assist and learn how to establish clear and robust metrics to measure progress through process improvements for Customer Operations and track appropriate metrics to drive results and continuous improvement.
Basic Qualifications

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the information under this program/contract
