The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services, Research Center or BBN team:

The RTX Human Resources Leadership Development Program Internship (HRLDP-Intern) engages participants in a challenging 3-month assignment focused on building functional knowledge, business acumen and leadership skills while obtaining broad exposure to numerous businesses and functions. Recruiting now for internships beginning Summer 2024.

The program is our primary feeder pool for the full-time HRLDP and interns work collaboratively across HR functions and teams to provide high-impact HR solutions and partner with managers to execute critical HR processes that enable business success.

The internship is designed to engage participants in meaningful work directly connected to meeting business objectives. Interns experience formal and just-in-time learning and development on both functional and leadership competencies.

Basic Qualifications

Selection is based on the following minimum criteria:

U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.
Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.
Pursuing a Master‡s degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or other related discipline to be obtained between December 2024 – May 2025.
Cumulative 3.2 GPA & transcripts are required at time of application.
Self-motivated, driven & team-oriented; able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
