Job Description:

The CHQ IT Enterprise Data Analytics & Automation team is looking for a detail-oriented individual who has a passion for data pipelines, ETL / ELT, cloud database management and orchestration to make data usable for the Enterprise.

The selected individual will support the modern data warehouse for Enterprise Analytics and as such will help conduct Data Pipeline development and maintenance, Cloud Data Warehouse design and development, modern data warehouse documentation and user training, ensuring data accessibility to analytics and reporting users.

Qualifications:

Pursuing degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
Experience with SQL, Python, Javascript
Strong attention to detail
Strong oral and written communications skills
Expertise with Microsoft Office products
Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in Cloud systems (SAAS, PAAS or IAAS) in Microsoft Azure
Prior experience in ETL and data-pipeline implementation and maintenance using tools such as Talend, SSIS, and Azure Data Factory
Prior database experience including database queries, scripting, orchestration and automation and data modeling.
Familiarity with Snowflake cloud data warehouse, Synapse or Spark
Programming experience with Python, Scala, or Javascript
Familiarity with PowerBI, SSRS, Tableau or Cognos
