P&G is the largest consumer packaged goods company in the world.  We have operations in over 75 countries, with 65 trusted brands that improve lives for 5 billion consumers worldwide.  P&G has an opportunity for a PhD intern to develop and enhance our human safety consumer exposure modeling capabilities. This successful candidate will partner seamlessly with our Fabric & Home Care safety organization to develop a modeling platform that toxicologists will use to conduct tiered consumer exposure assessments.  Consumer exposure assessments are the process of specifying the exposed population, identifying potential routes of exposure, and estimating the magnitude, duration, and frequency of exposure to a chemical.  The outcome of exposure assessments are then used in a chemical risk assessment to provide an estimate of the likelihood of an adverse effect that may result from exposure to the chemical and ensure consumer safety of our products.

Job Qualifications

Working towards a PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics or Life Sciences (Toxicology, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Risk Assessment, etc.)
