Disney Live Entertainment (DLE) Business Systems supports DLE line of business with Hardware, Software, System Administration, and Custom Software support.  Our goal is to help integrate technology for our Live Entertainment partners to help them have more time to do their jobs.

We partner with a unique back of house team of Producers, Show Directors, Talent Casting, Costume Design, and Technical Design teams to help deliver magical Entertainment offerings to our Guests at the Disney Parks.

A Day in the Life

Day to day activities will include reviewing applications, supporting application security reporting, test and adjust, technology research, code projects, user guides and application demos.

What we are looking for

Web development skills JavaScript, C#, and visual studio
Open-source tools like Python and Ruby
Database knowledge, MySQL, or SQL
Report writing skills, PowerBI or other
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Illustrator
Proficiency with Office 365 environment including tools like PowerPoint and MS Excel
It would be nice if you also had

Knowledge of Smartsheet, Micro Services reporting and Digital Signage solutions
Background in IT Security and Data Protection
Knowledge of Jira, Project Management, and Agile Development
Required Education

Currently enrolled undergraduate student in an accredited college/university, pursuing a Bachelor‡s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field.

Internship eligibility

At the time of application, must be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program AND returning to school the semester/quarter following the internship OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship ​
Must be at least 18 years of age​
Must not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program. ​
Must possess unrestricted work authorization​
This internship is a primarily on-site position– Must be able to provide own housing and reliable transportation for work in the Kissimmee, FL area. Also requires a working, reliable internet connection as well as a quiet, dedicated workspace.
Program length– The approximate dates of this internship are January/2024 through June/2024​
