Responsibilities
Identify opportunities in the implementation of a feature through analysis of customer and market signals. Solicit feedback to understand customer experiences with Microsoft‡s products and services. Integrate product usage, product telemetry, and service data together to identify patterns, generate hypotheses, and inform a plan.
Partner with Software and Hardware Engineering to design architecture to complex technical needs and integrate customer solutions to technical needs for a feature. Ensure needed telemetry is developed to document product/service definition.
Support internal and external technical partners and/or architects to represent technical solutions to customers.
Collaborate and coordinate across teams to ensure alignment on product/service development, management, and release, including tradeoffs, adjustments, and improvements.
Partner with the engineering team to contribute, prioritize, and deliver on the roadmap for a feature. Adhere to performance requirements and standards that must be met throughout the development lifecycle.
Leverage insights on product and/or service performance and customer needs.
Qualifications
Must Have: Security Clearance Requirements: Candidates must be able to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

Candidates must have a minimum Active Top Secret (TS) clearance and be willing and eligible to up-level to TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly (FSP). This role will require candidates to maintain the TS/SCI with FSP.
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Required/Minimum Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD
Must have at least one additional quarter/semester of school remaining following the completion of the internship.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications

1+ year(s) experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product developmentOR equivalent experience.
1+ year(s) experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
The salary for this internship is $7,890 per month
