The Business Careers in Tech – Equality Summit takes place on September 26th & 27th in our Chicago office and is an opportunity for you to learn more about Salesforce, one of the world‡s top tech companies, and our job opportunities. You’ll find that you don‡t need to have a background in “tech” to work in tech. This in-person Equality Summit will be a 2 day immersive experience where you’ll get to tour our office and see our culture up close. In addition to learning about products, services, and culture, selected students will participate in exclusive interview prep sessions. In follow up to the event, students will have final round interviews for the Summer 2023 business internships across Salesforce!

Internships

What you will be doing:
Your days at Salesforce will be spent collaborating with and contributing to your team – whether that be within Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance or other teams. You will be assigned real projects and make an impact, all while receiving mentorship from amazing colleagues on your team. In essence, your internship will be an opportunity to join us in making work simpler, more pleasant, and more productive for millions of people around the world.
In addition, you will have access to resources and events to help you grow both professionally and personally. You will go through global onboarding, team-specific training, and intern-specific onboarding to ensure you are set up for success. Throughout your internship, you will be part of events including Executive Speaker Series, Volunteer Time Off, Workshops, and Socials. You will also have recruiter check-ins, general guidance and support to make the most of your internship experience. Lastly, you have access to participate in any of our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
As a Futureforce intern, you will not only contribute to the meaningful work our teams do, but you will also have the opportunity to interact with senior executives and network with a number of employees across the company. In addition to these impactful opportunities, ensuring you participate in a number of events outside of your day-to-day duties is top of mind for us.
Finance
Gain hands-on experience in various areas in Finance: Financial Planning, Strategy, and Analysis, Accounting,Risk, Tax, Operations, M&A are a few of the groups offering internships. Looking for students who are curious, data-driven, wants to interact with a variety of business stakeholders, enjoys presenting and interested in learning more about the finance function.
Strategy
Strategy teams partner with our sales/marketing leaders to execute on strategic initiatives, build business cases, and drive revenue growth. Strategy teams deploys a mix of strategy, operations and analytics to help our sales/marketing teams drive productivity and close deals. They support the teams in setting the right goals and ensuring they have the tools to achieve them. The pace and environment feels more like a start-up than a big corporation. Looking for interns who are data-driven, naturally curious, and eager to work on innovative solutions to challenging business problems.
