The Intern Experience Program Manager drives and participates in program-wide initiatives to improve and deliver a best-in-class intern experience from start to finish. They will primarily focus on our U.S. internship program in areas such as onboarding, training and development, mentorship, events and engagement, communications, and offboarding. They will also provide support for ongoing global intern program initiatives and recruiting activities.

Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope. May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process. Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.

Responsibilities:

Supports the beginning-to-end intern experience, with a keen focus on the U.S. internship program. Activities include onboarding, manager and Intern readiness, event planning, data management, communications, offboarding, and program review.
Plans and executes key events and programming such as orientation, training sessions, social and professional development events, mentorship, and networking opportunities.
Facilitates the Intern placement process by matching intern program participants to projects and intern managers.
Connects and aligns our diversity & inclusion strategy and values into all aspects of the internship program
Delivers the communications strategy and drives engagement to deliver a world-class Intern experience.
Drives the intern offer decision and conversion process, providing tactical support to Interns and managers as needed.
Resolves and troubleshoots intern program inquiries and escalates when necessary.
Assists with vendor management, execution, and review.
Measures the efficiency of tools, identifies gaps and presents opportunities to leadership.
Provide support for hiring initiatives that span across regions or businesses.
Drives the adaptation and implementation of global processes and tools.
Establishes and maintains relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
Education and Experience Required:

First level university degree.
Typically 4-6 years of related experience.
Previous program management experience; preferably within early career talent
Knowledge and Skills:

Excellent organization and time management
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence change
Experience executing programs in multiple businesses in which the company competes for talent.
Experience and comfortable handling large data sets
Demonstrated experience to work collaboratively cross-region
Good relationship management skills.
Excellent project management and process development skills.
Experience in process improvement.
