How you will make your mark:
You will provide complex and occasionally highly complex financial analysis for a financial function or a business, typically exercising an exceptional understanding of the business to determine the best method for achieving objectives.
You will consult with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making within a broad scope.
You will forecast financial results within a broad scope.
You will lead business initiatives, typically leading analysts across multiple sub-functions within finance.
You will identify opportunities for process improvement and policy development and engages in the design.
You will represent the business unit during cross-regional or cross functional planning processes.
You will provide mentoring and guidance to analysts.
You will have the ability to influence multiple organizations within a broad scope, typically interacting with directors and Vice President (VP)s.
About you:
You are currently enrolled in a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) or Masters of Accounting (MAcc) degree program
You have exceptional leadership capabilities with a global mindset
You have exceptional business acumen and ability to partner with business leaders
You have good PC and database knowledge and project/process management skills
You are results-oriented and a champion of change
You are committed to quality and integrity
You have a high tolerance for ambiguity
You are a self-starter
You have an excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis, with advanced knowledge in one area
