Job Description
Partners with business units/divisions in delivering Corporate and Divisional HR policies and programs.
Join a leading HR group consulting with management and employees on HR practices and procedures. Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations in support of corporate ethics and values. Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., manpower planning, salary/bonus/stock review, organizational change, performance management, and training assessment).
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving. Ability to travel. 5 years generalist experience and BA/BS degree. Experience in an HR specialty a plus.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
• Participate in and lead program-wide initiatives that include onboarding, event planning, manager enablement, evaluations, data management, communication strategy, and offboarding.
• Plan and execute Intern events including orientation, development and training sessions, networking events, and speaker series.
• Partner with stakeholders across Recruiting, Branding, Learning, Human Resources, Legal, HRBPs, and Intern Managers.
• Connect our diversity and inclusion strategy to Intern programming components.
• Create social media content and campaigns for the Intern program.
• Facilitate Intern information sessions, orientation, and events.
• Collect, analyze, and present Intern survey data to develop insights and data-driven decisions.
• Work across the Global Intern Program team to ensure we have consistency in our process and approach.
• Build program frameworks, templates, and resources that will enable regional POCs to build out localized programming.
• Provide Intern Program team, HRBPs, Managers, and key partners ongoing updates.
• Infuse our Oracle culture into the Intern programs and events.
• Continue to seek out new program initiatives to elevate the Intern experience.
What You’ll Bring:
BA/BS degree
2+ years experience in either University Recruiting/Programs, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, Project Management, Higher Ed, or HR roles
Knowledge of the Early in Career Talent space e.g. University Relations, Campus Recruiting, building student programs, Higher Ed
Experience with hosting virtual and hybrid events and programs
Ability to collect and analyze data
Proven ability to drive process initiatives, proactively solve problems
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable in giving and receiving feedback
Excellent stakeholder management, experience supporting multiple client groups
You enjoy working cross-functionally on multiple different projects at once
Designing and delivering presentations a plus
Experience working within a Project Management Office (PMO) a plus
