POSITION SUMMARY:

Assist Global Sourcing & Procurement Technology team in the coordination, implementation and support of programs, contracts and processes.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Assist with and manage small to medium size projects

Processing purchase orders and invoices
Request quotes from Vendors
Assist with preparing and analyzing SAP reports
Analyze spend/savings/order reports
Review maintenance agreements for areas of opportunity
Create, maintain and update spreadsheets for Technology team, analyze for discrepancies and identify efficiency opportunities.
Additional Responsibilities

Attend meetings to gain insight on purchasing operations
Assist team in the research, evaluation and development of new strategies
Collaborate with purchasing team to provide creative resolutions to customer service issues as necessary.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Well organized and resourceful at managing multiple projects simultaneously
Self-driven with team-oriented approach
Can handle fast-paced high-energy environment
Willingness to learn, be mentored and improve
Attention to detail
Strong people skills
Project management skills
Must possess strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
Analytical business skills, excellent written/verbal communications skills
Currently enrolled student or recent graduate of an accredited university or college: Preferred Major: BA Business Management
