RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Client On-boarding team to improve the overall client experience/ implementation approach for new and existing ‘US and International‡ deals (i.e. account opening, online banking setup, KYC, etc).
Work closely with the front office, the client service/middle office team and the risk officer in order to improve existing processes and tools (IT applications or spreadsheets)
Follow up of operational issues with back office team and key stakeholders (KYC, Compliance, Legal, RISK, etc.)
Assist in processing client orders and claims in accordance with Front & Middle Office procedures
Investigate customer inquiries concerning wire transfers via investigation platform, email and phone
Work closely with the PCM & Trade Sales team to support their client requests
Reconcile business activity (deals, NBI, etc.) via internal ad-hoc reports
Assist Sales Support team with Permanent Supervision requirements
Ad hoc client service tasks to improve client case management
PROFILE REQUIRED
Desired/Plus:

Knowledge of Corporate Banking preferably Cash Management and Trade Services
Basic knowleadge of process and procedure requirements and development
Basic knowledge of international markets
Customer service oriented
Client driven and focus
Project management

Required:

A minimum of one completed internship
Desired/Plus:

Prior exposure to Banking/Financial industry
Experience in US and International Cash Management

At Societe Generale, you will be joining the Global Transaction & Payment Services (GTPS). GTPS are designed for individuals as well as domestic and international financial companies and institutions seeking support with transactions (bank, commercial and corporate transactions) and/or payments.

The GTPS department is dedicated to:

Marketing internal payment and account management services to multinationals and financial institutions based in the Americas;
Providing corporations and financial institutions, including all SG business lines, with a whole range of domestic / international products.  These products include cash management on US Dollar & EUR payments, and Trade Services.
